Analysis Of Development Status of FRP Integrated Sewage Pump Station

FRP(fiberglass) integrated sewage pump station has a long history of development. Such pumping stations appeared in developed countries more than 40 years ago, to replace the traditional concrete pumping station. The frp(fiberglass) integrated pump station has entered China for a relatively late period of time. It has only become popular in China in recent years, but recognized by the market and users once it is used. We are one of the earliest manufacturers of FRP integrated sewage pumping stations, and has witnessed its development  in China.

For better understanding the development status of FRP(fiberglass )integrated sewage pump station in China, here is an example of the construction of “Sponge City”. Sponge City is a new generation of urban stormwater management concept. It means that the city can be like a sponge, with good flexibility in adapting to environmental changes and dealing with natural disasters caused by rainwater. It can also be called “hydroelastic city”. When it rains, it absorbs water, accumulates water, seeps water, and cleans water. When necessary, it releases and uses the stored water to realize the free migration of rainwater in the city.

The introduction of the sponge city policy has greatly promoted the development speed of the FRP(fiberglass) integrated sewage pump station, because most of the rainwater and sewage in the city need to be upgraded before they can be treated in time. If a traditional concrete pumping station is used, not only the construction period is longer, but also the high cost, complicated operation, and difficult maintenance have become headaches. The new FRP integrated sewage pumping station avoids these problems. It has a smaller footprint, shorter construction period, lower cost, higher degree of automation, better coordination between equipment, and flexible maintenance. It is ideal  for city rapid development. 

The FRP(fiberglass) integrated pump stations have various applications, such as sewage treatment in landscape areas, sewage treatment in living quarters, and water transportation in farmland, all of which can use FRP integrated sewage pumping stations. These pumping stations can be customized, with easier normal maintenance, and can be reused, saving resources.
